Calibration tips
  • Move your phone in a “figure-8” for 5–10 seconds.
  • Keep away from magnets, cases with metal, or speakers.
  • The marker at the top means the direction the top edge of your phone points — keep the screen level like a tabletop compass.
  • If Heading stays blank, tap Enable compass again (iOS may require it).
How to use
  1. 1. Tap Use location to calculate the Kaaba direction.
  2. 2. Tap Enable compass to point in real time.
  3. 3. Hold the phone flat; rotate yourself until the purple Kaaba line lines up with the Phone top marker (both point the same way).
Troubleshooting

If the compass isn’t moving, your browser may block motion sensors until you tap a button (iOS) or allow permissions.

On desktops, orientation is usually unavailable — you can still view the Qibla bearing once location is enabled.
